Feelings of distress are usually caused by human and personal conceit. To help in removing distress focus on your personal evolution. We can evolve more quickly and be like our Creator, as Jesus suggested we do, by choosing to evolve and perfect ourselves right here in matter. The greater our attunement with the Divine and accelerating qualities we lack and transforming our body, mind and emotions, the greater our hope, power, life and light becomes. It is then we can actually live forgiving and loving our selves and our neighbors. Be grateful for your amazing potential.
WAVE 3
A step forward is to recognize and accept that we are responsible for all our trouble. The purpose and plan is for a movement of life to occur where everything created moves toward perfection. Instead, the typical man or woman creates barriers, blocks things. It is because so much is blocked that we repeat the words and actions of despair and impotence. Things just don't happen. There is always a cause. Material problems are linked to spiritual causes. When we continually focus on materiality, we cut ourselves off from its spiritual essence. What is sorely needed world-wide is the return of consciousness toward a quality of life that heals and helps us move upward toward the Light. To change the negative patterns prevalent across the globe, we must be committed. Not in the future but, now!

There is another form of survival
As we evolve, we become a model reflecting a shining power and a firm hope
to those who seek what is true, rightful and glorious
It is with great clarity and care we discover a higher possibility
The realm of possibility is linking your light with the spirit of brotherhood

Joy shines and is a high vibration

Too many have cut the cord with our Parent Creator

Mankind has forgotten the movement toward the heart
It is up to us to model integrity and lucidity and be
true to the spirit of Cosmic Morality.
To survive we must embrace the idea of a collective evolution
An evolution toward perfection and the existence of a
realm higher and more real than the lower one of matter.
Bluff and lies must be exposed
True value is found in the devoted, sincere and noble.

Survival of the collective whole
A new human needs to be created
Those who have suffered, conquered and won
Will transform the world
The memory of the heart draws all together
It is an emanation, vibration and radiance that
Spreads sunlight everywhere and brotherly joy
We unite in the same current and flow as One
Imagine! A perfected being, free of hate, fear,
greed and hypocrisy
It is a movement of unconditional love
That we have allowed to enter and BE!

We are a trinity in the likeness of God
We are light (knowledge), love (ethics) and
life a creative (movement)
We can create a new way of being
Materialism repeats, revolts, and massacres
What is needed are currents from Heaven
Are you prepared to use the currents of Unity?
Ask: Am I bringing light, encouragement, and energy?
By thinking this way, everyone's life would be changed.
WAVE 9
Spiritual Alchemy is the science of the heart.
Imagine if all creatures live by the science of eternal light,
eternal youth, and eternal love.
It is the collective goal to reach immeasurable greatness
Our vision is beyond time and space
Authenticity is our example and nobleness our heart.
We are designed to evolve and surpass ourselves
To be transformed and liberated by the currents of love
The seed is planted and it is time to transmute.
WAVE 10
There is a special kind of miracle,
The ideal of becoming solar images ourselves
This occurs when our hearts are capable of changing
Everything by turning shadows into Light.
We will learn how to benefit from the rays of the Sun
And perpetuate the streams of love into our lives
As we develop inner awareness and come of age
Creating the quality and character of the heart.
One day, mankind will come to the conclusion that it
Has been led astray by prejudice, partiality and shortsightedness
It is then they will ask for superior hierarchal help
Cosmic currents will come and transform and we can breathe again.

Love God love one another involves other vibrational planes.
Interdimensional co-operation exists when conscious-
physical and emotional-subconscious-souls are transmuted.
A healing and blending must occur for true integration.
Adverse reactions may occur as mental and emotional soul patterns.
Both physical and astral planes often reject the good.
Cooperation between planes is often dismissed by thought
manifestations of those with darkened minds and hearts.
In contrast, the new wave of Light, sonship, is a collective effort tuning
into an inherent keynote.
As we serve others and all God's creatures, we are lifted
personally and collectively.
All must serve one another to rise together.
WAVE 12
7.7 billion people on our planet impacting a consciousness that
keeps modeling a reality primarily from a materialistic view.
There needs to be an awareness that we can change the reality
by changing the feedback we are giving to it.
Matter obeys laws but Spirit can successfully manipulate matter.
Even though our individual souls are small units, matter will respond.
Our material/spiritual reality is related to the concept of the hologram.
Holo is the entirety. Gram is the whole message.
Holograms represent our visualization ability. Instead of a laser, why
not use the mind and Light of our Higher Self, the eternal Spirit?
Why not hold images of wholeness and truth empowering them with
mind and brain to produce healing patterns and energies?

It is time we go deeper in the ocean and immerse in spirit consciousness.
As we learn to involve our Higher Self, we ride through all problems.
Isn't it time we prepare for what has not yet surfaced?
Let us project to others that it is time to come into a fuller development
and spiritual awakening.
We do this by changing ourselves. We did it with the environment, why not
project our ideal and be an example of a true vision.
Simply take valuable time out each day and open the mind and the heart to a grander program.
Change your mind through deliberately playing in consciousness with a higher possibility.
Mentally build your creation in the realm of Light and Sound in present time.
What you create is real, not a picture, as you use emotions and include details.
Using imagination, creating hope, feeling gratitude and being confident is holographic work.
Always relax the mind and deliberately generate laws of spiritual wonderment and love~
